It operates on a heat-recovery principle: instead of burning separate electricity or gas to produce hot water, it uses heat already generated in the boiler, heat pump, or solar collector.

With an optional electric heater pocket, the unit can also be used like an electric boiler in summer when the main boiler is offline.

Installation and Commissioning

During commissioning, pressure testing, flow adjustment, temperature setpoint, and (if applicable) solar/boiler hybrid valving checks must be performed. The Tanpera technical team provides on-site support and training.

The Tanpera service network supplies spare coils, magnesium anodes, flange gasket sets, sensors, and connection components throughout the project life.

On replaceable-coil models, the coil can be removed via the flange for cleaning or renewal; this shortens maintenance time and supports long-term high-performance operation of the installation. Frequently Asked Questions

Hot fluid from an external heat source (boiler, heat pump, solar collector) circulates through the coil inside the tank and transfers heat indirectly to the mains water. The two fluids do not mix. The flanged coil can be removed for cleaning or replacement; TSB/TDB models from 100–5000 liters offer high-capacity storage.
