Manufacturing defects
Tanpera products are under our warranty against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the invoice date, provided they are installed in accordance with the operating instructions and used for their intended purpose.

Detailed terms
General Provisions
- Warranty Holder: The warranty applies to the first end customers of Tanpera products and is non-transferable.
- Definition of End Customer: The first consumer who purchases the product directly from Tanpera or from Tanpera’s authorized sales partners.
- Definition of Consumer: A natural person who purchases the product for personal use and does not use it for commercial or professional purposes (e.g. for resale or for installation for third parties).
Warranty Period and Scope
- Tanpera plate heat exchangers are under warranty against material, workmanship, and manufacturing defects for 24 months from the purchase date , provided they are used under the conditions stated in the design parameters.
- Installation and Use Conditions: Tanpera plate heat exchangers must be installed and used professionally in accordance with the Tanpera installation and user manual.
- Service and Maintenance Conditions: The user must have paid maintenance performed once a year by Tanpera or Tanpera authorized services, retain the service–maintenance report, and present it upon any claim. Products for which maintenance was not performed on time fall outside the warranty.
- The warranty conditions stated in this scope: Apply to products sold to customers in Türkiye and used within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye. For plate heat exchangers sold abroad, the mandatory warranty period required by the laws of the relevant country applies. Apply to products where the fluids in the primary and secondary circuits are water. For products using fluids other than water, the mandatory warranty period required by applicable laws applies.
Warranty Claim Process
- Service Request: To request service, the defect must be reported in writing in detail, and the purchase document and the end customer’s contact details must be attached.

Services Provided Under Warranty
- Repair: The product is repaired by a technician authorized by Tanpera, and necessary spare parts are provided free of charge.
- Replacement: The defective product is replaced with a product of the same type. For products no longer in production, an equivalent product is offered.
- Refund: If Tanpera prefers to refund the purchase price, the product is taken back and the refund is completed.
Situations Outside Warranty Coverage
- Use of spare parts of unknown origin, without an invoice, or that are not original
- Intervention on the heat exchanger, repair, maintenance, or modification by persons or organizations not authorized by Tanpera
- Damage and failures arising from use outside the intended purpose
- Damage and failures occurring during transport or storage, or caused by physical impacts, chemical agents, and environmental conditions
- Damage and failures arising from natural disasters and environmental factors such as fire, flooding, freezing, etc.
- Exposure to pressure or temperature higher than the operating pressure and temperature for which the products were designed
- Damage and failures caused by use of a fluid other than the design fluid and by the chemical properties of the fluid
- Blockage, damage, and failures caused by fluid contamination (rust, welding slag, particles, solid particulates, organic matter, etc.) or by water quality and hardness (scaling)
- Physical damage from water hammer and sudden pressure fluctuations caused by the fluid
- External physical damage to the product
- Connection and installation outside the connection and installation conditions stated in the user manual
Legal Rights
- This warranty does not limit or alter the customer’s statutory rights. The customer may continue to exercise their legal rights.
