Vacuum Degasser

The device described in the text is a package-type technological device that utilizes the principle of gas separation under vacuum to remove dissolved gases in water from heating, cooling, and industrial process installations.

The presence of air dissolved in the installation water through diffusion can lead to corrosion in pipes and connection components, significantly reduce energy efficiency, and cause various malfunctions in moving parts. The water taken from the heating or cooling system is transferred to a specially designed tube. Inside the tube, the fluid containing unwanted gases is subjected to negative pressures using a centrifugal pump with vacuum capability, bringing it to its boiling point. Under vacuum, the gases are separated from the boiling water and rise to the top of the tube. The separated gases are discharged into the atmosphere through a special type of purger used on the top of the tube. The gas separation process is repeated at specified intervals.
